Pricing
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). Products and prices may be changed at any time without notice.
Colours
We have endeavoured to display the colours of products as accurately as possible. However, colours change according to the monitor being used therefore we cannot guarantee that the colours you see will be completely accurate.
Delivery
We ship to Australian addresses using Australia Post shipping charges. Once items are added to your shopping cart the shipping will be calculated according to your shipping address.
Product Warranties
All warranties and support of items are provided directly by the manufacturer and supplier of the product, Aura Gift Box makes no representations as to the serviceability or warranty of any product or service.
Returns
Goods may only be returned or exchanged where they are faulty or damaged and Aura Gift Box must be notified within 3 days after delivery of such items. You will receive a replacement item in accordance with the manufactures warranty provisions and if a replacement item is no longer available a similar item, equal to or better will be offered as an alternative. There are no cash refunds.
Faulty or damaged items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Prior to returning an item, please contact us for further instructions. Please note returned items must be well packed for return journey or may be considered to have been damaged on the return and therefore, not replaced.
Privacy
Aura Gift Box is committed to the privacy of customer information. We will not disclose your personal details or your sales history to an unrelated company without first requesting your consent, unless such disclosure is required by law. We believe that your information should be kept private.
Security
Aura Gift Box has created a secure transaction environment for transmission of credit card details. When purchasing online, we use 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt all credit card transactions. Any credit card details you provide are automatically passed through to our bank for online validation. Our online payment gateway does not store your banking and credit card details. We therefore have no ability to view your banking details.
